Our owner Justin is super stubborn when it comes to drinks. He might turn customers away saying: sorry, we don’t have any artificial flavoring. And now he is making pumpkin spice chai🎃 at home.
Here is the simple recipe:
One whole pumpkin
4 cinnamon sticks
Organic Cinnamon powder
Organic Cardamon oil
Organic Clove bud oil
5oz of black tea in a tea bag
2 slice of ginger
4 cups of raw brown sugar
Cook the pre-sliced pumpkin for 2 hours
Put all spice and tea bag in for another 30 minutes
Then refrigerate overnight
Next day, take out the cinnamon sticks and tea bag. blend the pumpkin soup in a blender till no visible big fibers.
Store in refrigerator for future use.
